Meet Jay, THE Director of Fun & GIr, our event director
Our team has been in the customer delight business for over 30 years with restaurant management, bar ownership, event planning, wedding planning, two service related businesses (construction and landscaping), Hotel departments of front desk/ reservations/ accounting/ food and beverage. I've managed a Ragbrai Team for 10 years and counting.
In addition to all my customer facing experience, I have biked in 22 states, averaging 3,500 miles on a bike a year, all while doing endurance racing/cross racing, cycling consulting for businesses, volunteering/ helping the Iowa bike coalition.
